Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on agents’ performances.
  • Follow up on applications with the Operations team.
  • Increase the quality of applications.
  • Achieve the monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Coach and provide support to agents.
  • Create a monthly report to the Head of Sales for the achievements, performance analysis, problems in the system, and suggested modifications.
  • Investigate complaints, if any.
  • Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-4 years’ experience (Male or Female)
  • Leadership Skills
  • Experience in Microsoft
  • Good command of English
  • Presentation Skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
