Responsibilities:
- Follow up on agents’ performances.
- Follow up on applications with the Operations team.
- Increase the quality of applications.
- Achieve the monthly KPIs and targets.
- Coach and provide support to agents.
- Create a monthly report to the Head of Sales for the achievements, performance analysis, problems in the system, and suggested modifications.
- Investigate complaints, if any.
- Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years’ experience (Male or Female)
- Leadership Skills
- Experience in Microsoft
- Good command of English
- Presentation Skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
