What is The Modeling In HR??!!
Modeling is about selection and the art of choosing somebody who is specialized and perfect in a specific behavior, talent or outstanding performance.
We do the modeling process to know the know-how as well as the secrets behind those successful persons so that we can build a clear model of how they generate those fantastic results.
After we know the belief system behind every positive behavior we should install and program the model in others or our own self, we are doing all of that so we can transfer these valuable mindsets to others who should learn and change.
The programmed individual who received and trained on the new system and the successful model can imitate the same desired actions and obtain identical results like those whom we modeled.
So the first initial step is to identify which behavior you lack and have the deepest desire to attain it so that you can start the journey of stimulating the mirror neurons of the brain that is responsible to a top performer.
Try to write all the reasons and positive consequences of attaining that behavior and then choose somebody who can easily get a result you want to in most modeling methods the modeler acts simply as an outside observer.
It is all based on repetition, repeated mimicking and practice; you may simultaneously and unconsciously inhibit your role’s model behavioral strategies.
So we start by gathering all the information about that role model with every mean, even using guessing.
Like thinking for several hours how this role model succeeded and meditating the role model as an icon and guru.
We are trying to be aware and figure out how the role model is producing those incredible results.
You will be realizing his physical movements, body language, words, terms, idioms, tonality, and so forth, trying to understand consciously how he produces those astonishing results.
What will you concentrate on?
First of all start by observing their physiology.
This literally is equivalent to “the pattern which a person utilizes or uses his body.”
Where did their focus go? Where are seeking and looking at? What is the position of their heads? Is the breathing pattern shallow or deep? Where is their breathing? are their eyes staring at something? What are their gestures? How are they moving their shoulders and hands?
There is no behavior could be installed effectively without imitating the body pattern.
Write notes of all these details and automatically start acting as if you can master their posture.
Copying the same body language will enable you to access their way of thinking.
Their intonation will enable you to acquire into their core values which is manifesting daily externally.
Adopt their vocal patterns because everything within the role model is reflected in his voice.
The voice behavior and feelings are attached.
Accommodate to their volume, timbre, pitch, and pace so that you can feel their feelings because of our words and how we say it shapes our motions and emotions.
Based on Dr.Tad James definition, a Strategy is a specific syntax of external and internal experiences, a strategy is any series of internal and external experiences which consistently produces a specific outcome.
Strategy means the way of thinking and its sequence.
When you decide to buy something that happened in your mind as steps so that you decided to buy something
Being a master modeler must prepare that strategy and explicit.
You must elicit it and deliver it.
- Beliefs and values
By modeling beliefs, you explore the world in of someone else.
Believes are the roots that conduct any behavior, so it is like the operating system.
Those who perform and achieve effective results have a set of beliefs that unleash their potential.
You want to discover those extraordinary opinions and adjust your worldview to be synchronized with these beliefs.
We should advise you that not everything should be adopted; we only seek the difference which makes the difference.
Also, take care of the observer effect so try not to stress out the role model while you are modeling him
Avoid the “white noise”.
This means that some steps of their behavior will not be obligatory to produce results.
The most effective models can be applied very easily by a willing learner.
And after modeling, you can add and innovate extra steps that will not interfere with the newly programmed model
So we can conclude the modeling steps to the following procedure:
1- Efficient coding of the assimilated patterns.
2- professional installation of the coded program.
3- Assimilate their behavioral patterns consciously and unconsciously.
4- Produce results similar to those of the top performer.
5- Evaluate and delete unnecessary patterns.
