Strategic goals: strategic goals come as an analysis of the vision and mission in the form of specific steps that must be taken to achieve the goals of the organization, they help in moving from indicative data and basic strategies to the actions that the organization will take to make it a tangible reality and of course the development of realistic and actionable standards and quantitative 

Values and principles:

Values are the umbrella that brings the behaviors, principles, and professional practices adopted by the organization together to achieve its strategic vision

 As for the principles, they are associated with a high-quality management culture, which facilitates the work of the organization and directs it to the right path that leads to its development and the application of its policy to achieve its desired goals  

Action plan: the action plan represents an essential step in strategic planning, as it facilitates the completion of the tasks set and increases the sense of responsibility, and also includes the process of implementation and periodic follow-up to avoid planning errors, and the goals are divided into short-term and long-term those that are related to the vision of the organization
