= We are applying the participative management style so that an atmosphere of comfort is obvious.
We abandon the authoritarian management way because the average person dislikes work and will avoid it he/she can.
So we dont see the employees as a thing which we are afraid of.
Therefore most people must be forced with the threat of punishment to work towards organisational objectives.
We endorse the participative management way.
Effort in work is as natural as work and play.
People will apply self-control and self-direction in the pursuit of organisational objectives, without external control or the threat of punishment just if we are as managers optimistic and believe in them.
Bonuses and salary increases are the basic financial rewards given through a rewards system.
Other types of rewards exist that are valuable to employees.
Benefits, such as vacation time, flexible schedules, stock options and health benefits, are highly valued by employees.
Other rewards include recognition and appreciation, which go a long way in improving morale.
