Account Manager Agent

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve issues in a professional and manner.
  • Solid experience in retaining customers and clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and offer solutions that best fit their interests.
  • Escalate customer issues to management, when necessary.
  • Contact with the old customers to let them continue studying.
  • Fulfills needs of existing customers that are at the risk of cancelling the services.
  • Focus on building relationship with the old customers in order to retain them.
  •  + 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction.
  • Excellent Handling Skills & Problem- solving skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree Holder.
  • From Good To Very Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Max age 28 years old
